How can I register?

All you need to do is click on the Signup button, which is visible on any of the webpages you land on. Fill in the required fields and proceed to read the terms and conditions of the website before clicking on the Accept button. Once your application has been sent and approved, you will receive an email and we can start doing business together! Your personal account manager will contact you as soon as possible and provide everything you need in order to get started.

What are the costs?

Being part of our Partners program is completely free. There are no charges.

How do I recover my password?

Forgotten your password? No worries! We will provide you with a new one in no time. Just Click on “I forgot my password”, enter your email address and select “Retrieve password." An email with a new password will be sent to you shortly. Please make sure you change the password after logging in.

Why should I verify my email?

There are two main reasons:
Firstly, there is a chance you might have entered an invalid email and we will be unable to recover your password in the future. Secondly, the new data protection regulations come into effect on May 25th 2018 – we therefore need your renewed consent in order to be in touch and update you about anything related to your account and our affiliate program. Data protection is extremely important and at Sun Partners we take it very seriously.

How do I change my account’s information?

It’s simple! Log in to your account, go to ‘Settings’ and then ‘Profile details’. Click on the ‘Edit’ button and change your personal information. Remember to save all your changes by clicking on the ‘Update’ button.

Where can I find marketing tools, banners and tracking links?

You can find all marketing materials under the section ‘Media Gallery’ when you log in to your account. Use a filter to find creatives by type, language and size. If you have any difficulties finding what you need, simply contact your account manager and we will assist you immediately.

Reporting

Where can I see my statistics?

You can find many useful reports if you log in to your account and go to the section ‘Reports’. If you cannot find the specific information, please do not hesitate to contact your account manager.

How often are my statistics updated?

Statistics referring to players’ activity are updated on a daily basis. Statistics referring to ads (clicks, impressions) are updated at real time.

Finance

When will the commission be paid?

Your commissions will be paid through your preferred payment method on a monthly basis. Payments are made by the 25th of every month for the previous month’s commissions. Make sure you choose your payment method and enter the correct details.

What currencies can commissions be paid in?

The commission will be calculated every month in EURO and converted into GBP according to the current exchange rate. Payments will be sent in GBP currency.

What payment methods can I use to get my commission?

You can use your International or UK BACS account, as well as Neteller e-wallet.

What is the minimum amount of payment to be made?

Commission payments are subject to a minimum payment threshold depending on the payment method you chose.
The minimum thresholds for commission payments are as follows:
Bank transfer: €500
UK BACS: €100
Neteller: €100

What happens if I don't reach the minimum commission amount for payment?

In the case that you do not reach the minimum threshold as required by your payment method in any particular month, the commission amount will then be rolled over to the following month until the minimum threshold is reached.

What if I need to change my payment method?

You can change your payment method on the last week of every month, but make sure to update your account manager and [email protected] immediately. Otherwise, the next payment will be sent to your previous payment details.

Why to work with us

Do you have a license?

Yes, we operate under two licenses. Our brand is regulated by MGA (Malta Gaming Authority), which allows us to work with a large number of countries. Our second license is with the UK (UK Gambling Commission) which gives us the right to operate in the United Kingdom.

What commission plan do you offer?

We offer a competitive commission plan to our partners. Every new partner is eligible for a 55% revenue share reward during the first month. The commission depends on the amount of Net Revenue generated by your players. A customized commission plan is available upon request – please contact your account manager in order to receive more details.

Can you place my back link on your website?

Yes, of course. We will be happy to place your backlink on our affiliate program site and make your website visible to others, which can help increase your SEO score.

Can I ask for exclusive creatives?

Of course, we will do everything we can to help you increase your revenue. If you need any special banners, landing pages or other tools, please contact your personal account manager and we’ll take care of your request.
